Your mission Ensure the effective recovery of overdue funds from customers in France, contributing to the financial health of a leading international mobility company. If you're results-driven and know how to communicate with both empathy and determination this role is for you!

Your key responsibilities
• Manage collection activities to maximize cash flow
• Contact customers with overdue payments
• Issue payment commitment letters
• Handle credit hold notifications and legal actions when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status
• Collaborate with internal teams on credit updates

What were looking for
• Minimum High School diploma
• Previous experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable (a plus)
• Solid knowledge of Excel and Google/Microsoft tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
